Skin Care Specialist
Marisol Giraud is the type of woman who wants to do it all, just take a look at her resume. Giraud has landed jobs such as working with attorneys, being a retired hip hop dancer, worked with the government of Puerto Rico, and used to be a commercial print model for Ford. So, how has this ex world tour dancer, (she used to be a back up dancer for pop artist Gillette and R&B artist Sparkle), begin her newest career as a skin therapist?
‘I used to go to a dermatologist and thought to myself, why am I spending so much money on something I can do myself,” Giraud said. Giraud attended the Skin Care and Spa Institute and received her certificate after 750 hours of schooling and a state board exam.
Giraud used to be a client here at M. Go when it previously was Dynamic Studio Salon & Spa. “I went from friend, client, to employee. I know first hand how good the services are,” Giraud said. Giraud has a wealth of experience in this field because she does a lot and has had many of treatments done to herself. She knows how the process is going to feel and what is going to happen after, which helps ease her client’s anxiety levels.
“You can get a treatment that is 200 dollars, but if you don’t do anything at home it defeats the purpose of spending that money,” Giraud said. “Keep with the regiment at home and you will see the results and be happy.”
